HANDWEARIST is focused on sending your gloves in a short time. We offer three types of delivery: DHL, UPS, and regular post. All delivery costs are covered by the customer. All delivery times apply to working days only (excluding Bank Holidays). We try our best to get your order to you in the specified time, but if there is a delay in receiving your order, please contact us via email at handwearist@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to resolve this.

 

RETURNS


If a case of gloves has not been opened, you can return new, unopened cases within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the returned cases, except shipping costs. All items are to be returned to our Tallin, Estonia warehouse to receive a refund. The refund will be released to your credit card or other payment method within 3 business days of the cases being received at our return center. It may take a few extra days to show up on your credit card statement. If you need to return your order, please contact us at handwearist@gmail.com with your order number and product details.

 

EXCHANGES

You can exchange any item as needed within 30 days of delivery. Please note that exchanges can only be made on size or color. A restocking fee of EUR 5 will be applied to each case of gloves that has been opened. If you need to make an exchange for any reason, we’re happy to cover the return shipping costs for domestic (Estonia) orders only. Contact us at handwearist@gmail.com with your order number and product details, so we can our best to assist you.

 

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS


If any item is incorrect, damaged or missing from your shipment, we will do our best to solve this and help you out.

  • Please note any damage clearly on the delivery receipt before signing – or email us immediately after delivery at handwearist@gmail.com to let us know
  • Please send us a note with the detailed explanation of the problem
  • Keep the damaged packaging/product - we may ask you to take photos of it

We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Please contact us at  handwearist@gmail.com with your order number and product details and let us take care of the problem.
